Unlocked. This could have some promise. Did you know that Tyrogue and Togepi, despite being Johto Pokémon, can only be caught in the wild in Sinnoh? Maybe Togepi, Togetic, Togekiss, Tyrogue and the Hitmons are actually meant to be Sinnoh Pokémon.
