That's for Diamond, Pearl or Plat, right? If you have Rhyperior, why didn't you evolve Machoke? Anyway, my HG team was:
Typhlosion
Slowking
Gengar
Yanmega
Jolteon
Mamoswine

I could not beat Lance, so I was forced to substitute Slowking for my event Arceus just to kill his Dragonites. Jolly Mamo's Ice Shard was just not strong enough, not to mention Dragonite's Fire Blast would always hit and OHKO. >_>

Pearl, I was a noob and I've pretty much forgotten anyway, Diamond, just beat Candice, so nowhere near, Plat was this:
Infernape
Tangrowth
Froslass
Togekiss
Wormadam-T (Yes, really. I like it.)
Umbreon (looking for a Dark-type, unfortunately, I absolutely hated it. Got rid of after E4 for a Mismagius.)

Well, Ethan, Umbreon is meant to be a wall, so really it's just to annoy the hell out of your opponent, so if you were using it for offense, that might be why you hated it.
And I just recently [two days ago >->] Found the Beauty in Togekiss
I'll have my team up tomorrow when I'm not lazy >->

Walls are hopeless for in-game. And if you are using Togekiss, get Serene Grace whatever else you do. I should've gone with Drapion, maybe next time...

I'm using a Para-Flinch Togekiss, and it's amazing so far, I just need to finish it's moveset, you wouldn't by any chance have a spare Thunder Wave you could trade me, would you?
