New Team

Since I havent been battling (since I don't have internet at my house),I thought about making a new team.Now here is what I've been thinking about:
Pidgeot (My new Pidgey from the BP Store) Nature:Hardy
Brave Bird
Roost
Return
Hyper Beam
Held Item:Sharp Beak

Steelix Nature:Adamant
Earthquake
Flash Cannon
Iron Defense
Magnitude
Held Item:Razor Claw

Arcanine Nature:Bold
Fire Blast
Extremespeed
Crunch
Agility
Held Item:Charcoal

Well,that's what I have so far.Can anybody help me fill in the last three slots and/or tell me what I should change about these three?
Info:I'm going to be training all of the pokemon from LV1 and NOT going to be using Rare Candies,so the stats will be normal.

Alright then:

Pidgeot:Hyper beam is very powerful indeed,but isn't great on Pidgeot,because pidgeot isn't very capable of taking a hit when it has to recharge.Instead,get in a move like maybe...Protect.
Steelix:Flash cannon should not be used by any steelix really.Try iron head if possible.Magnitude is o.k for now.
Arcanine:Thunder fang over agility

For Pidgeot, change Sharp Beak to a Life orb, and you can just Roost off Life orb damage.

Steelix, Change Flash Cannon to Iron Head, I agree with Espeon.

And Arcanine, ThunderFang over Agility, and Fire Fang over Fire Blast. Max out Attack and Speed. and put the other 4 into HP
