FYI- for anyone who hasnt reached the embedded tower/Rayquaza portion of their game yet I just learned something today I didnt know. You DONT have to have a Heartgold Kyogre and Soulsilver Groudon with you to fight Rayquaza, you just have to have them with you when you visit Professor Oak to get the Jade Orb. Once you have the orb you can return the Kyogre or Groudon to whoever you borrowed it from(Assuming your like me and didnt have both already) and go back later to get Rayquaza whenever your ready.
BTW-Catching Rayquaza is a pain- he has Rest and keeps healing himself once you get him weak enough to catch. I still havent caught him-thank goodness I save beforehand as I keep knocking him out.
