Have any of you heard of Lucid dreaming? If so has anyone actually pulled it off? Im just now getting into it and i wonder if anyone else would share their experience with this.

Lucid dreaming, its when while your dreaming you realize that you are dreaming and you are able to control it however you want. Flying, super powers, etc etc.

A good way to train yourself to escape to Lucidity is, while your dreaming, try to notice one small but significant thing that's in all your dreams. Train yourself to notice this thing, and when your dreaming, tell yourself that you see it and it means you're dreaming. Then, proceed however you want. If that makes sense.

Anyway, I have Lucid Dreams every now and then, it's not that hard for me to have Lucid dreams. Since I dream every time I sleep, I'm able to realize when I'm dreaming, so I do what I want. It's fun :3 Tell me how it works out with you Very Happy
