Is it your first banner?

To be honest, it's okay for a first banner, but, it's low quality, and it's just a black background and then a bunch of random pictures with no basic theme scattered around on the canvas.

There's no main focal point, and most of the pictures look... just kinda bad.

Oh, here's a tip for you to always remember: Never save anything you make in the .JPG format. It's always blurry, and comes out low quality. I'd recommend saving it in the .PNG format.

I still think you're trying to just cram too much into the same image. You should really mainly only have one focal point, that draws the viewers' eyes to the main point, instead of confusing them on why the signature was made, and what they should focus on.

Usually, the main point is a large render, or occasionally a sprite. But it shouldn't be six sprites, gigantic text, and two low quality pictures.

And once again, you saved as .JPG.

Most sites automatically convert .bmp files to the .jpg format. You can check by right-clicking on it and then clicking "Properties".
