How to Find them

To find them there is a method once your in the PokeRadar option.

!=Group C
!=Group C or Group B
!!=Group B or Group A
!!!=Group A

the first Exclamation mark is not a Flying or Surfing Pikachu.The next one,is'nt a Flying or Surfing but the Female Pikachu in Group B knows Volt Tackle.

The Summary would be you have to Get !! or !!! to get one.

It's still rare to get the !!!, and even then they still might flee. My progress for today: 810 Watts used and didn't get any !!! (I have 12,000 steps)

I don't think it's too hard. I haven't got Yellow Forest yet, but I have caught three !!! Onixes on Rugged Road so far. I released two, and the other's one's a HM slave.

Yes, the other roads are so much easier. Even if you walk 20,000+ steps on Yellow Forest, you're lucky if you get a !!

And none the !! ones I caught have fly/surf. D:
